Clean and simple. The Yoder Original hearth pad with its black angle-iron frame, can be installed as is, or dressed up with our optional brass and oak trim kits. Made with ThermaShield technology, they are fully non-combustible and provide an R-value of R=1.01. Stocked in 8 sizes in 3 rich colors. We’ll also gladly make a custom size or add an inlay to meet your needs.

Matching Pedestals

Want to raise your stove for better viewing? Don’t feel like bending over to load wood? Our matching base and pedestals are beautiful option to raise your pad 1¹⁄₈”, 6” or 10”. Available for Yoder Original or Classic Edge pads. 6” pedestals are available in every color and size. 10” pedestals are available in every color for pads 36” and smaller. These can also increase your thermal protection for stoves that require R-values greater than R=1.01. We’ll even make a custom pedestal to go with your custom sized hearth pad.

Load Spreading Disks

Heavy stoves with legs or leveling bolts put all the weight of the stove onto 4 small points. In some cases, the load is too much for tile to withstand. To prevent the tile on your pad from cracking, slip a Load-Spreading disk under each foot. Disks may be painted to blend with the color of your hearth. A set of 4 is included with every floor pad 48” and larger.
